Today is my Shawaal Eid!!! Eid Mubarak everyone! With the grace of God I was able to do these 6 days. It may not be a huge accomplishment but even still I am very surprised at myself and my strength.

I realize now why it says in Quran that fasting is good for us....it brings u closer to God. It makes you realize what is really important in life. It strengthens your faith. It helps you to remember your prayers. It helps to purify your soul and spirit. It makes you more humble.

I hope that i can carry this with me until next ramadhan.
