hummus!!
as a dip for my morning snack of veggies!
(replacement for my arrowroot biscuits)

sorry....i forgot one 'm'.
it is actually.....hummus which is a chickpea dip.
here's the basic ingredients for a recipt:
i really need to start making my own (using fresh channa not the can one)
- 1 tin/jar (400 gr) cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- olive oil, cumin, sesame seeds to serve
