ATLANTA (AP) — An attorney representing Bobby Brown says the entertainer's daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, isn't and never has been married.
Brown's attorney Christopher Brown released a statement Tuesday disputing reports that Bobbi Kristina Brown is married to Nick Gordon. Bobbi Kristina Brown has been hospitalized since Saturday after being found unresponsive in a bathtub at a suburban Atlanta townhome. Gordon and a friend called police.

Jamaica has become the latest country to publicly back Sebastian Coe's campaign to become the new President of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) following a visit by the double Olympic 1500 metres gold medallist to Kingston.
Jamaica Athletics Administrative Association (JAAA) President Warren Blake promised they would vote for the Briton, who is standing against Ukraine's Sergey Bubka to replace Lamine Diack, the Senegalese who is stepping down in August after 16 years as head of athletics' world governing body.
"It will be remiss if I said he is not our [JAAA] favourite candidate, but we would like to hear from Mr Bubka as well," Blake told local newspaper The Gleaner.
"The decision to support Coe was based on the fact that we support the pillars of his manifesto.
"As a Federation, as an organisation, we need to embrace change and to lead the change through innovation like the street festival and street athletics programmes [advanced by Coe].
"We have to take the athletics to the people, the IAAF has to lead in this regard and Coe intends to push along.
"Lord Coe sees the importance of giving more power to the Federations and, importantly, maximising the commercial growth and the exposure of track and field.
"We also need to build integrity and strengthen the anti-doping programme.
"Based on those concrete positions and the focus of Lord Coe's vision for the sport, we feel comfortable in supporting his candidacy."
Coe estimates that he has already travelled 200,000 kilometres on the campaign trail but Blake claimed his visit to Jamaica demonstrated he would support the smaller countries.

CLARKESVILLE, Ga. (AP) — A former police officer fatally shot at least one person and wounded a sheriff and a deputy in an ambush Sunday at a home in northeastern Georgia, authorities said.
The suspect and another man also died, officials told news outlets. It was unclear whether the suspect shot himself or was killed by officers.
Officers went to the home outside Clarksville about 7:30 p.m. because of a call about a domestic dispute. They found a woman dead in the garage, Rusty Andrews of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation told WSB-TV (

Officers went into the house to check for other victims, and "it appears they were ambushed," Andrews said.

STEPHENVILLE, Texas (AP) — A former Marine was convicted Tuesday in the deaths of "American Sniper" author Chris Kyle and another man at a shooting range two years ago, as jurors rejected defense arguments that he was insane and suffered from psychosis.
The trial of Eddie Ray Routh has drawn intense interest, in part because of the blockbuster film based on former Navy SEAL Kyle's memoir about his four tours in Iraq.
Since prosecutors didn't seek the death penalty in the capital murder case, the 27-year-old Routh receives an automatic life sentence without parole in the deaths of Kyle and Kyle's friend, Chad Littlefiel

Guyana, not Goiania: Destination mix-up leaves Ghanaian boy stranded

(CNN) It was the opportunity of a lifetime for a young Ghanaian boy — a scholarship to study medicine in Guyana.
But his journey didn’t go quite as expected.

Emmanuel Akomanyi couldn’t get a direct flight to Guyana so he boarded a plane in Ghana to Guarulhos International Airport in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
There, he bought a ticket to his final destination in Guyana — a South American country on the Caribbean coast bordering Suriname, Venezuela and Brazil.
But when he got off the plane, he was not in Guyana — he was in the city of Goiania, Brazil — almost 3,000 kilometers away from where he needed to go.
Akomanyi spent a week in Brazil, supported by strangers as he had no money.
The airline that sold him the original ticket eventually helped him out with a new flight to Guyana’s Cheddi Jagan International Airport, near the capital Georgetown.
The latest in a long line of mix-ups
You’d think with all the technology at our disposal, destination mix-ups like what Akomanyi experienced would be a rarity.
Not so.
They’re surprisingly common.
In June of 2014, a couple boarded a plane to the southern Caribbean island of Grenada, instead of their desired destination –they ended up in the ancient city of Granada, Spain.
U.S. dentist Edward Gamson thought he’d bought tickets from London’s Gatwick Airport to Granada, Spain, for himself and his partner via a British Airways booking agent, but only realized he was actually headed to Grenada in the Caribbean once on board, reported The Independent.
The destination country and flight duration hadn’t been listed on his e-tickets, which instead displayed only the city name.
