But the question which you, Ford Natshun, or the Fords themselves can't answer is whether there is any independent proof that their administration has saved the CITY OF TORONTO billions of tax dollars (as they have repeatedly claimed) in the past 3 years.

Where did you prove property taxes went down? Any official document from the city that this is in fact true given that Ford himself said that he was going to raise property taxes in 2012 and said it again when asked how he was going to fund his subway expansion.
