undoubtedly  a great man but his mistake was not punishing all his oppressors ,instead he convened a truth and reconciliation committee  to forgive them  :meanwhile the  Jews are still going after Hitler henchmen who are in their 90ies

he and his ANC crowd made deals with the west before the 'end' of apartheid to continue the process after in exactly the way it has.

When white people  fawn over Mandela , Gandhi and MLK  ,I  have my reservations . They despise real heroes like Malcolm X ,  Che Guevara  , Marcus Garvey and Subhase  Chandra Bose and their ilk.
