Zimbabwe used to be Rhodesia, the name was changed in 1980 following independence from the UK. Prior to independence its name was changed several times from Rhodesia to Southern Rhodesia to Zimbabwe-Rhodesia and then finally to Zimbabwe.

yet the AFRICANS in Rhodesia used to starve, so what was the point of referring to it as the bread basket when the rightful owners of the land were living from hand to mouth, being forced to work on their own land which the whites had taken away from them to begin with. It would take several more decades for that country to provide/feed its nation.
and now the Chinese have taken over where the WHITES left off in Africa.

Yes I know but I focus on the part that Chin made. That whole continent was CHOPPED up by the whites when they invaded and plunder its riches rendering the blacks refugees in their own country slaving away on the plantations the whites created
