India Considers Gay Sex
A day after India’s highest court reinstated a law criminalizing gay sex, the Indian government is looking into restoring a 2009 Delhi High Court order that decriminalized the act. The law in question, Section 377, is a 153-year-old remnant of Britain's Victorian-era colonial system, which considered gay relationships an “unnatural offense†and carried a 10-year jail sentence. India's finance minister, P. Chidambaram, said Wednesday's ruling takes India “back to 1860,†while Law Minister Kapil Sibal promised “all options were being considered†to restore the 2009 decriminalization.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

India should not sacrifice it's culture or sovereignty to please the world homosexual agenda.
Homosexuality is punishable by death in Muslim and sharia law countries

What is done behind closed doors is none of my business buy when they want to corrupt the sanctity of marriage and demands social benefits , well then I have a problem
For those that are liberal on this subject must ask themselves this and that is , how will they respond it their sibling or grand sibling declares that they are gay

I have a major problem with the global gay lobby forcing gay things on nations and on peoples...a seriousl problem
and I don't agree with Marriage for gays, adoption of children and so on..especially for gay men. women can be mothers and have their own children and there is no way it is right to separate them unless the mother is incompetent...not because she is lesbian
I will go a long way in doing what I see to be right for gays..indeed for all people.
and again homosexuality is a biological reality we have to deal with by getting to the bottom of it. I am no expert but it seem to me that due to the fact that men and women carry at all times carry both sexes in some form in their biology any combination of natural pressure, biological propensity, pollution, including radiation in the atmosphere..over the spectrum between the sexes during the process of fertilization to parturition any sexual possibility..or possible sexual orientation, can manifest itself in a human being.
Religion does not deal with homosexuality form this perspective and that is wrong for it is this appears to be biological truth. those who are different from the majority sexually did not ask to be born as they are and so cannot be blamed for their orientation and punished in any way for it.
society has to make adjustment but how..that is the question?
we have to maintain and keep in the forefront that which takes the species forward..not backward. but being humane and positively responsive to reality also takes us forward.
so we have to make room for homosexuals but that does not mean that the room we make is room forged by an agressive homosexual lobby seeking to homosexualize the planet. that wont do! homosexuals tend to make their own community in towns and cities. they can take care of themselves then. and all the larger society must do would be to de-criminalize a private sexual act, allow things like pensions and so on to go to surviving common law partners etc.
that's no big deal. all of that is recognized in life already so it would be a simple extension. someone has to pay for the old partner anyway..either pension paid by taxpayer or the pension of a dead partner. so let the pensions work if those people have lived together long as partners..and not the taxpayer money.
in this way we can meet social need, satisfy the majority and look after a segment of humanity in a humane and proper manner.
that is the direction I would take. no official marriage, no adoption, no brandishing of homosexuality as alternative lifestyle etc. an I woud certainly take down that homosexual lobby for it is a political entity in attack mode on society as a whole. it is not really working in the best interest of homosexuals by carrying through a program set up by the enemies of society, under the guise of a being an advocate for Gays and lesbians

Just look at Time's most influential people of the year poll, some gay rights/LGBT activist(that I haven't heard of before) was at the top of it this year, along with names such as Obama and the Pope.
