Managing yourself and your Health is more important to your Employer !

Any attempt to stress yourself by taking work home and many long hours at the Office :

Is seen as Poor skills ....

that WILL lead to Sick days off....a definite no, no !

I wouldnt know  how to respond in a job interview these days as I havent been in the job market for 20 something years. I remember the interview for my current job where I was hired in the first 2 minutes and we spent the next half hour talking about every thing else , like politics etc  and nothing job related
