IT was a happy day on Saturday for scores of senior citizens of Mon Repos and neighbouring communities on the East Coast of Demerara, as they were feted and provided with hampers in the true spirit of goodwill, which is associated with the Christmas season.

country villages ...in GT creole Turkeys were gobbling in dem Oven...
with aloo roasted and all kinda sides...
no cranberry as far as I can recall ....

Ketchen I say Kerr you rass , .You neva saw a roast turkey in you life in GT except chicken in the rough which you bought from the china man restaurant
