"Christian missionary zeal and hidden agenda to denigrate Hindus".

She was "a woman hungry of sex", it said,.....

the book was "riddled with heresies and factual inaccuracies"

Kama sutra has nothing to  do with Hinduisn , it teaches about exploring pleasures .
No different from Arieu  vedic  medicines  that has to do with healing

don't know why people go out of their way to spin hinduism in a negative way?  What are they afraid of?

Hindus don't go on rampant campaigns to convert people.  People are naturally attracted to it.  In fact, the modern scientists are now "discovering" the benefits in the practices of hindus.
