Brazil will not win because if memory serves me right , no home team has ever won the world cup with the exception of Germany in 74 . That was the year when Germany had superstars like Franz    Backenbaur  and Guerd Muller . They played Holland in the finals .
No European team has ever won the the  world cup  when played in the western hemisphere and there fore through this extrapolation the winner will be Argentina
