did not say YOU are demeaning the board but that cloning does! 

if you are cloning then you are demeaning the board in my estimation. 

I don't know that you are a clone but in the mix you could be a clone.  I don't know you well enuff..or all I listed... which is why I asked ketchim for help as he is far more expert than I am at this

I don't pay attention to who is cloning so I have been caught off guard several times by a couple of rancid personalities of long standing on west indian cricket boards

because of the constant cloning every newcomer is suspect now..no one can be trusted save the old consistent posters.

demeaning and degrading the board..lots of posts but you don't know who to talk to, to reply to, what tone to use etc because you could be speaking with a previous enemy or hater and you don't know.  that was the case for me with Boquiesse/SCA/Wifan who is always hiding somewhere

Clones typically follow a posting pattern. So patterns is what should be looked for. The clone for instance typically sticks to a specific topic and opinion on it. Like in another forum I used to post in where it's rife with clones, one of them is called White Man, and White Man makes disparaging remarks against the black race about being lazy and dumb, etc. The guy doing it is black, but he uses a white clone to put black people down. So clones typically follow a posting pattern that they stick to without exception.

one reason why I like Bally is that he will not tolerate cloning. when he discovers it he roots it our ruthlessly, regardless....

Bally did that to Socafighter... tossed her without delay and prevarication.

and Socafighter complained to me. I knew Bally is not an unfair person so I raised the issue with him.  his reply indicated that he thought it was best for his board and that was that.

I can speak to everyone on Bally's board, friend or foe, with confidence that they are who they are..one and the same person from start to currently.

Wifan appeared over there as ARNIK but he has disappeared now.  maybe Bally caught on to him and tossed him.

But in some cases, the administrator is the one who creates the clones. Which is the over at the forum I spoke of. White Man is one of his sock puppets. So if the administrator is behind the cloning then none of them will banned unless he or she decides to retire it.

the Wifan clones are always right wing ideologically as far as I have seen..rabidly conservative. but so are many others here.
and I did not know what was going on until my attention was drawn to it. 

I knew him well from experience but I missed him under another handle.

but then I have a lot on my mind and I am in no shape to be sharp on such an issue.  I come here to shed some of the focuses I have right now rather than to be on my guard for a**holes..and I find that I must be. it is altogether too much.
