Women do fake orgasms but they shouldn't. Because firstly, they do that instinctively, and only because they have the wrong impression about sex to begin with. So they lay there like an idiot and fake orgasm. And for two, men know that she's faking it because he knows that he's not doing anything to make her feel good. And he knows that he's not really feeling her at all. Basically, they're just two corpses trying to feel alive thru sex. No need for women to fake it.

And yeah...

Men can fake an erection, because the penis stiffens off and on autonomously around the clock. So an erection occurs even when he's sound asleep. So an erection is faked when a man has no actual desire for intercourse but just want to stick his spontaneous erection in somebody because he's bored and got nothing else to do. That's faking it. And just as women shouldn't fake orgasm, they should never let a man penetrate her under false pretenses either.
