Sadly, he already got away with it. Domestic violence is a huge problem in South Africa. According to a statistic I read in an article on The Root's website, 1 in 8 women succumb to injuries sustain from domestic violence. Maybe I have the number wrong because it was a few months ago when I read the article. Anyway, I couldn't believe the judge's decision. Pistorius basically got off free with some months in jail and a few years on probation. It was disgusting to me.

He'll served 10 months and be out on probation to bang (with or without a gun) more blondes.

Domestic violence is a huge problem all over the world. It's no greater in one place than in another.

I've read that two women per week, in the U.K, die as a result of domestic violence, so who knows what the numbers are worldwide.

Oscar Pistorius has stated that he wont be entering any other races.
He should be more concerned about other races entering him once he is in prison

If Pistorius had a can of shoe polish , he could have blackened his victim and possibly get away wid it but then I realize that he could not have had shoe polish since he aint got no foot

The mother of Oscar Pistorius's girlfriend believes that her daughter was about to leave the disgraced athlete when he shot her dead in what a South African judge ruled to be culpable homicide.June Steenkamp -- mother of 29-year-old model Reeva Steenkamp -- also told Britain's newspaper The Times that she and her husband Barry were haunted by images of the shooting, for which Pistorius was sentenced to a
five-year jail term
.
"Her clothes were packed. There is no doubt in our minds: she had decided to leave Oscar that night," she wrote in her new book, serialised in the Times, adding that her daughter had confided to her that she "had not slept" with the runner and was "scared to take the relationship to that level".
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

KWAMI got jokes! Respect
So Reeva's mother has a book out already?, I dunno, that feels kind of grimy.
