(CNN) -- Did crawling into the grungy mall Santa's lap as a child send you into peals of laughter instead of hysterical sobs? Did you love the sight of rock-hard fruit cake? Did you start your countdown to the most glorious day of the year in mid-August? Then you just may be a Christmas addict.
And if the usual flow of sickly sweet candy canes and maniacal Christmas songs doesn't quench your passion for the season, any of these places will fill you with Christmas until the tinsel is pouring out of your ears and you're begging for mercy.
North Pole Experience, Arizona
Flagstaff, Arizona's, North Pole Experience may be as close to the real North Pole as you ever get, and trust us: This place is Christmas to the core.
Take a trolley ride away from the all of the "sugar's bad for you" and "commercialism is ruining our society" humbugs and escape deep into the fir trees to arrive at the brightly painted Santa's village.
Let your imagination transform you into a squeaky elf as you try your hand at toy making in the elves' workshop and then ensure that everything looks up to par by doing "quality control."
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

I can handle five Christmas, 2 Divali, one Eid and half a Thanksgiving.

Every year the commercialism of Christmas seems to start earlier and earlier......so by the time the actual day gets here many are sick (literally....high blood pressure, heart attack, depression) of it.
There's no fun it in for many.

Christmas time is a wonderful time of the year. The rampant unabashed unmitigated commercialism; the ubiquitous insipid Christmas music; and the obvious absurdity of the worship of a man who supposedly was tortured to vicariously redeem my sins and those of my unborn children; what's there not to love? ::LOL::
Anyways, in the true 'spirit' of the season, I leave you with this gem from the annals of shytty Christian rock music. ::LOL::

[glow=red,2,300]Jesus was the reason for the season![/glow]
However, during this time of the Kardashians the focus of the season has become a reason for [glow=red,2,300]consumerism[/glow]. Another reason for the season has become a reason to place all focus on me, me, me, and more me! Instead of focusing on others place the focus on me!

Well at least we have options now.
We don't have to look at Christmas movies and shows anymore. We can watch whatever we want on Netflix. ::LOL::
And let's face it, kids don't really care about anything but getting new stuff.

Christ birth and death is celebrated .
I see no reason to celebrate these two events .. Born to poverty in a stable and died by torture on the cross.
