If you cannot have the natural experience as you are, then you can't have it with distractions either. You're severed from natural experience and can't feel it. A medication can make your penis hard, but you still can't feel natural sex or anything else that's natural. You couldn't feel it when your penis was erect on it's own, and you won't feel it with dick pills. Men just stick their penis in a wet hole, end of story. People call that sex but it isn't natural sex and can't hold a candle to natural sex.
