'Booty Head" and Sundry Small Talk...I Man Tired! Enough!

if the society has reached the stage it has, when its touch and go and we still cant get to truth... and levels of discussion that means something of value to our lives, now! when in the hell are we going to arrive ::confused::

apart from the occasional subject...and the recent religious threads... we are on to, and into nonsense all the time.

I saw even snoops and SAC get focused into a big fight today, the 2 of them alone, several pages. they admitted no others.  I edged in side ways and soon realized there was no room for me in there so took myself out again..a case of Indo exceptionalism perhaps ::confused::

I came to some conclusions early in life one of which established that religion was/is nonsense. there is no god and when man and woman dead they are done.  simple truth, undeniable, revolutionary and freeing in human circumstance. humans are animals, flesh and blood. we are like the other animals. we phuck obsessionally like other animals and reproduce...and if not careful drop the baby on the street, used placenta too, to rot, stink and replenish the earth, pick up the baby, feed it and walk on.

I was 12 years old and already my life was over in Trinidad...no chance at all, or so I thought. 

anyhow  at the same time I saw that and a lot more about life, like every phucking thing I was told, taught and believed was a lie, that all the people around me were absolutely greedy, insecure, subjective hypocrites and evil enough to even kill each other... blood relatives or not.  and by everyone around me I also mean all who lived in my area, including my teachers and 'my' catholic parish priest, the new young one who tried to phuck me... but I escaped and ran like the wind.  I never went back to church..dropped church like a hot sh!t.  ultimately my mother wondered why but I never told.

lies, lies,lies and more lies.....that's what we live  lies, lies, lies...dangerous lies as lies always are. but now, today, currently lies are terminal for the human species.  and like bad habit from constant repetition, we all know this and we still cant speak truth, like life is open ended because we don't know all, can never know all and we must be open and ready for more news, more truth, more reality as we go, or we in trouble

all truth is provisional because it is always incomplete.  we can never know all about anything...and so to be on the ball our minds, the way we think and live must incorporate and reflect the provisional nature of existence..develop open ended consciousness. all else is stupidity.

this message board ultimately is silly and stuck in a kind of neutral.  it is getting harder and harder to justify spending time here because the board is too concerned with issues that are not general...and narrow on general issues when considered. 

the truth is the truth not what we think of reality. we must prove or otherwise realize truth, reality. we are part of  truth and must know it to use it to survive, which is an on-going process.  but we are capable of fooling ourselves and we have done so royally to an extent we are literally walking dead, just waiting for the final push to keel over... maybe one morning a miscalculation by some youth with responsibility for something atomic, shifts what should be shoved and the cascade begins.

why are we not discussion the stage we are at fully trying to come to grips with and so be able to make a contribution if it comes to that, to saving our selves, society, the planet ::confused::

I have been looking at that question all along relative to this board and elsewhere. interesting

but it will be carried to its logical conclusion.  the only development that may stop the war that will end the human species is if the ordinary folk intervene on the western side of the equation..revolutionize western society from the bottom up.  there is movement allover Europe in this regard.

the left has awakened with the Syriza victory in Greece.  there is mobilization for social change in Europe growing stronger every day...a very good sign for humanity.  but America and Britain is where the evil is truly located, the english world and popular movement there seems limited so far. 

that raises the spectre of ultimate popular failure to save the planet for humanity for it seems obvious that if Judy Anglo Saxon is going to loose she will press the button.  there is no force in england or america at the moment capable of stopping the devils and mad men hovering around that power

That all depends on what you consider to be mean something and be of value Map.

If you mean that engaging in aimless discussion on topics is meaningful, then that's meaningful to you but it isn't really meaningful. For instance, where would the board going in your direction lead?

Though I do agree that open discussion forums are only recreationally motivated. Most people are all for firmness where it doesn't count and totally against it where it does. With the result being, brutal societies that stands unchanged for eons with a people unwilling to part with weaknesses. Which gives people plenty to talk about in the form of complaining, but they don't literally want to hear a real solution.
