I though Canada was supposed to be like the perfect place for that kind of stuff. I can understand many other countries doing this, but places like the US and Canada should be a safe haven for people who want a second try at life after a horrible experience. Refugees should almost always be allowed into a country. That's like a homeless shelter with a surplus of food and space rejecting a man because it would be a tiny bit harder for the rest of them, and sending the man back to live on the streets. It's a shame that we aren't letting these people in.

It is shocking and this tragedy could of been avoided and goes to show how the rich seem to care for the rich and not the ones who have little means and the relationship they have is only of convenience and can backfire anytime. I reckon that it is going to take time to help people who need it and this can cause tension between other countries, as they may lose faith in sending people to these big countries which can help them out. I think that Canada needs to change its ways and also they should help the refugees who come in and help them out, so they feel safe in a big country.

It seems a fair enough rejection. Why do they want to go all the way to Canada when they are surrounded in Syria by many rich nations? It could be a terrorist sleeper cell.
