Canadian Elections a Waste of Time

I think that people don't see the point of the elections, most of the time and also reckon that the person who is getting elected should do things which will benefit the people and, work for the country and not just them self which the politicians tend to do. It is something that politicians need to think about and see if they are getting the vote of the people, and will they be the best person for the job and they need to do what is needed to make changes in the community. I hope Harper sees he may need to retire or do something else as the people don't have complete faith in him, which could cause problems when he is running for office.
