THE MONEY..THE TOTAL WE ASK FOR MUST CONFORM TO DECIDED UPON PROJECTS BY THE WEST INDIAN PEOPLE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE WEST INDIES AS A WHOLE..INTERNALLY IN INDIVIDUAL TERRITORIES, AND REGIONALLY.  THERE IS AN URGENT NEED FOR REGION WIDE TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM THAT IS AFFORDABLE BY ALL THE PEOPLE, TO FACILITATE TRAVEL THROUGH THE REGION..ONE THAT WOULD ALSO BENEFIT ALL LEVELS OF TOURISM IF WE INSIST ON MAINTAINING THAT BUSINESS OR SO-CALLED INDUSTRY.

the reason for prior popular decision on the money is obvious.  if all is not budgeted and ear marked before, it will be plundered by our governments and bureaucracies in endless corruption.

but the money must be for infrastructure that would lead to the development we need... but the complete independence fROM our masters must be the first, foremost and crucial gain we must make, or it will all be a waste of time.  if they give us 5 trillion,  the way our economy functions they will get it all back in 5 to ten years.

all the Afro leaders in the Caribbean will live in luxury filled pockets


and you will still be in the same place you are right now

everything always depended on the west indian people getting up and getting involved, producing relevant leaders out of their ranks who would not sell them out. and even if they did or tried to it would not matter because the people themselves must make themselves fit, capable and participatory to the extent that they can and would, and do intervene popularly, any time they want to and need to, to protect and advance their collective interests

that's it.  that is the way it was and still is and will always be.  do for self or it wont be done.  the job is theirs and they wont do it.therefore the consequences are also theirs..and that includes the poverty they now enjoy!  I cant use any other word but enjoy for apparently they like it so

that is the historical responsibility of the people, the collective, the working people, the working poor, the poor, the hungry, the rabble, the pariahs, the left out, the beggars, the blind and infirm..all.....  if they are to transform themselves and in the process transform and save human society they must rise and impose their collective interest on society.

that's it, the equation and the answer.  no need for any more MLK's and JFK's and Malcolms and fathers of the nation and all that irrelevant crap. it is either the people rise or get ready for Brave New World.

in the west indies the people must rise and interject, impose themselves on the REPARATIONS debate, take it over and direct it in the popular interest, impose a proper utilization of the proceeds, including the absolute freedom we must win in the process..or it will all be a waste of time

Many moons ago, the Indians in Guyana got funds for repatriation.  Laxmi Kallicharran gave the money to the PNC Govt to make the National Cultural Center.  So I've heard.

Repatriation is the process of returning a person to their place of origin or citizenship

Reparation is the making of amends for a wrong one has done, by paying money or helping those who have been wronged.
