Allah is perfect .  If he frowned upon foreskin ,  he wouldn't  put it there in the first place but  here is my take.  Beheading the foreskin from the head of the penis is a preamble or training exercise to the real thing of beheading the apostates and non believers in Jihad ism.

It was a fight on the battle field. Men vs men.

Even ganging up on one man , is a wrong
