what I thought then.  I don't think so now..that is I think HAARP is responsible for a lot of crap with the weather, mucking around with the weather.  but earths I think now that earths weather is tied into universal causation which is dominant.  and that HAARP  will likely cause severe reaction for all of us as they go

I don't think so.  I don't think HAARP will ever be able to control the weather.

what HAARP will do is cause seriously negative reaction to what they do.. and we will all pay heavily.  we are prolly paying already, have been paying already

I think people are a bit too paranoid over the weather. It's always been changing that's how the world works. But I miss winter  :D
