Special weather statement in effect for Wednesday and Thursday

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for the city of Toronto and the southern Ontario region, warning that a major storm system is expected to affect the area Wednesday and Thursday.

"A low pressure system developing over the southern states will track northeast to reach southern Ontario Wednesday," the statement reads.

The storm is expected to bring rain and significant snow to some areas as well as possible freezing rain.

The locations of the heaviest snow and areas most likely to have freezing rain is uncertain at the time and will depend on the tracking of the low-pressure system, according to Environment Canada.

The agency is advising people to refer to weather statements and check local forecasts for updates as the storm system evolves.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

when I came to canada within the fu's few years when it snow with ice with ice an ting allover the place, col' like dog nose..it was like when rail fall back home, place flood, no sun nutten... so man stay inside. dat was the ting to do

an' I go de same way up here until I see dat people here kerry orn as normal. I was shock'.  I soon realize dat if you shut dong wen wedder bad yuh will be shut dong most of the time because wedder always bad
