I'm always negotiating with the man upstairs. So far he has done well, but I do want to see my granddaughter get married.

I think this would be particularly interesting to businessmen or maybe just anyone who has money. I doubt students or even their professors would avail of this service, lol. But I can see particularly busy businessmen taking an interest in this to avoid the rush hour traffic. However, I don't know if they can even make enough profit from this.
Can they even fill the airplane with the maximum number of passengers? Even businessmen nowadays are stringent with their money. And that's still $100 down the drain. On the other hand, businessmen do use limousine services and that can cost almost the same, especially with tip.

This is incredibly convenient for Toronto itself too with all the businessmen that would make use of it, total winner!

Really also depends on if this '20 minutes' includes the other delays associated with airplane rides. Coming an hour early, waiting to take off, the flights themselves actually getting delayed, etc.
As for 100 CAD one way... I mean that's not a bad price, not really a good one either, so yeah definitely feels like more of a businessperson orientated service. And maybe for students for the occasional weekend to go home.
