wat the f-word this man talking about..disparaging my sal'fish and spaghetti.
look here! lemmih gih you the recipe. I know di'ze what yuh want all the time. yuh doh have to fart around. arks fuh it.
here goes..Slave Sal'fish and spaghetti
line up a side of sal'fish of good quality, deboned. Fortinos is best for that...expensive but good.
Tomatos, onion, garlic, thyme, green peppers, hot pepper, mushroom, green onions, coconut oil, olive oil.
remove salt from the fish. I boil it out, leaving enough salt to season the meal.
heat coconut oil in a pan...add garlic to brown and transfer flavor to the oil and so the entire pot.
when garlic is browned..or burnt if you prefer.. add onions, tomatos, green onions, green pepper and thyme. after they singe a bit add mushrooms for liquid..along with the tomato under no circumstances must you add water. water would spoil the food.
reduce heat and let simmer until all the seasonings are just about melted. add sal'fish, integrate it into the sauce fully them let simmer for a few minutes. then let cool for a while before adding the olive oil to extend the sauce and flavor.
Spaghetti: boil wartuh, add teaspoon of coconut oil..no salt..salt already in the fish. cook al dante or well done..your choice.
on a entree plate spread the inner leaves of an organic lettuce, preferably brown leafed with a few slices of tomato. lay out the spaghetti as a bed ringed by the leaves and tomato. spread the sal'fish stew on top of the spaghetti.
and don't bite yuh fingers or deh will have to take you to the hospital, where some slaves of a different kind will deal with you.
lucky if you come out alive ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL:: ::LOL::
