have you ever spoken at length with policemen SCA..one, 3, 6 over your life ::confused::

I have spoken with many, interacted with many.  you should do the same when the situation does not threaten your life.  and even if and when it does learn the police from their behavior.  it will serve you well if you come out alive.

but all of that is not essential to know that with the police what we have is class war.  racism is in there too but the cops are harnessed for class war.  don't forget that they are killing honkys at the same rates they kill nig nogs

you have to see what the real standards underpin the hiring of cops are.

what I KNOW IS THAT BEING A MURDER IS GOOD IN THE HIRING OF COPS. EASE IN KILLING PEOPLE IS A PERSONALITY RECOMMENDATION NOT A NEGATIVE FOR  A COP RECRUIT.

THE POINT OF THE COPS IS TO PROTECT THE STATUS QUO NOT TO SERVE AND PROTECT THE PEOPLE.  THAT IS OXYMORON..INCONSISTENT WITH REALITY. 

THAT IS WHAT THE COP PARAPHERNALIA BLEEDS:  TO SERVE AND PROTECT  IF WE ADD THE RICH THEN WE WUD HAVE GOT IT..IN ONE.

The people who run society do not need anything from the cops but to corral the ordinary folk and lock them up, beat them, kill them. 

deh do not need the cops to think and reason things out.  they do to need cops to be anything but literate enuff to write their names and fool around with their notebooks in front of magistrates and judges 98% of whom back the system anyway, will be easy on the cops, take their word over every defendant.

the qualifications for a cop is to be able to do all that they routinely do to the people and worse.  so if you are psycopath you are in/if you are a heartless killer you are in/if you are without honesty, can lie without remorse against the people you are in/if you od not have the ability or the emotional and intellectual bent to question/challenge the status quo..along with all the rest... you will be police chief

That fella is a real drama queen...wonder how intimate he is with the black communities, and perhaps how fearful he is that he is black, rich and famous? Seems like Don, and others think that the cops have a hit list of African Americans and they have a quota to fulfill. Ridiculous doesn't begin to capture the neurosis.

Now, if I agree with Maps that this is a class thing, then Don's claims would have to be questioned.

go get to know the cops SCA and see for yourself how many of that type is up in there.  you wud be shocked.

but I know you have heard all this before.  and all research on the cops reveals the facts I have listed.  its not hard to find..credible, verified information that reveals the cops to be composed exactly as I have listed.

if you do not see the cops as class warfare first and foremost you will degrade into the racism argument which hides the real basic nature the cop force and policing generally..EVERyWHERE IN THE WORLD.

that is what police are about..protecting the rich and the system that made them rich.  the cops beat up on and killing nigs because the system is built on the backs of nig nogs.  nig nogs must be kept in their place or the system will collapse.. its foundation must not shift out of place.
if that happens another cornerstone for systemic organized social exploitation will have to be found.  that may not be possible in time to save the system.  this existing one will have to do and the cops have their role in keeping things the way they are

Every department has it's own culture and everyone knows what is acceptable and not acceptable. The key is for the Chief or Sheriff from the top down make their position known so that all officers know that they are accountable for their actions. Whether it is on a daily basis or after an allegation of misdeeds, take swift and decisive action when you know all the facts to reward, promote and praise to the community the good officers while also taking action to discipline, terminate or recommend prosecution for wrongdoing according to level of culpability rather than trying to protect them. Keeping a bad officer within the ranks reflects on the entire department. In general, people who are treated with respect respond in kind and consequently who are treated with disdain also respond in kind. So, in order to get any pathway to a solution, everyone, both the Police and the communities, must take a step back, stop pointing fingers and look at what they themselves are doing that contributes to the problem. Just because there are some bad apples on both sides doesn't mean we have to castigate all on either side!

Maps, I know quite a few police officers. and everyone will tell you that their worst nightmare is to be caught up in a shooting.

None of them would risk their careers/life on wasting someone away. What is the point?
