well ketchim..it is more than less common knowledge currently that the planets move, are pushed together by the medium of space which some call a plasma and some call a fluid.. that they are all electrical objects are born with an electrical charge in their cores which is regularized by currents flowing about their poles.

this results in what is called a surface charge density which all planets carry to greater and lesser degrees.  pushed together by the medium of space they can repel each other by electromagnetic repulsion from their equator cores which establish electrical relationship between planetary objects.
and planets cant capture each other by  the same electricity the stronger  SCD holding the weaker SCD.  so they establish systems among themselves according to such  electrical arrangements... as much s is known of dat at this stage

so if the planets move they always do.  and when they do they can cause havoc, long short and immediate term for all in their vicinity.  they just wont collide but they cause havoc
