Chavez was going in the right direction with his Missions

Missions were giving the people the work to that a ministry of government would have had to do. Chavez would allocate the money to the people and they would work out what and how the work was to be done.

but Chavez tarried too much then he got assassinated. once you start you cant stop. you are going all the way left period and you must move as fast as possible.

once you get the people involved and they understand accept and are moving that is what the Rodneys etc need for their own protection..the people up with them and moving towards democracy. its hard to kill the leader then. it makes no sense
