Rafi is king, gal.  All types of songs. Be it romantic, sad, qawali, etc...he is simply the best.  I said "is" because no one has replaced him.  Many has tried to imitate him but no one has been able to duplicate him. 

I think I read somewhere that said he is even more popular today than ever!  Considering he died over 30 years ago, that is saying a lot about his talent! 

The voice of god (to many)!
