I disagree.  Yoga is a spiritual discipline, it is not "about health of the body."  That view is a typical American narcissistic perversion, on a par with plastic surgery.
Always tell someone how you feel because opportunities are lost in the blink of an eye but regret can last a lifetime.

Before the partition of the Indian Sub-continemt and evolution of two nation theory based on Hindu -Muslim devide  craftily pursued by the elite Muslims representing, mainly the descendants of middle eastern countries, common Muslims and Hindus of Bangladesh used to participate in each other's religious festivals; Muslims participated in the Durga Puja and Hindus in the Moharam.

It is a great loss to the billions of Muslims in the world that they are deprived of  practicing Yoga which brings internal peace. It is ironic that mis guided Muslim
fanatics have no hesitation in preaching and justifying violant Jehad, but wou;d object to teaching of Yoga intended to nurture good health and internal peace.
