Hindus have never sought to impose themselves on any one. But they certainly have had to defend themselves from such attempts and have done so. Your characterization is ahistorical and concocted to fit your worldview.

how many locations Indians..Hindus..have taken over as if by osmosis...Fiji, the Seychelles where the original black population has almost been eliminated reportedly..on and on.  Kenya in Africa..Uganda, where the indo population was expelled when they refused to nationalise themselves in accrdance with ugandan nationalist interests


in my observation and knowledge of recent historical fact Hindus where ever they are, are an aggressive, expansionary, ethnocentric people, who moving collectively soon enough elongates a control over that area and all in it.


India is now a military power with a rising presence in the world..a military power in the same vein as the expansionary powers that held India in thrall up to 1947.


that India has not been an imperial power up to then is due entirely to the fact that it has been dominated itself, by such power for long centuries until currently. but now India is on its way in such expansion and certain catastrophe soon enuff


as an internally exploitative class driven power, feudal/capitalist..India... it is under the same expansionary pressure as those empires before it. 


and the Indian people express the same national and ethnic chauvinisms and master race sensibilities as well as economic contradictions that will lead to catastrophic expansion, and conflict with other such powers in the world.


the only development that can save India and Indians would be internal democratic revolution that would end the indian class/caste economic system, end all sense of ethnic/religious superiority, and focus the nation on internal democratic development..and external co-operation with progressive nations like Iran, Cuba, venezuela etc.

all the Indos I know in the world are very proud of India as it has come to be:  a nuclear power that can throw its weight around. 


they are proud that Indians can throw their weight around  in places the world over relative to power relations..we have the power and we can make you do it..or have things done they want done..at the expense of whoever.


Indos around the world are proud of Indian arbitrary power...not democratic power in the world that improves the lives of all..but arbitrary power that imposes itself on others/nations for exploitation and profit.


by contrast in india I have seen there is opposition to the India that exists-feudal/capitalist class/caste driven india. 


that oppositional/progressive force is the India that can save that nation from future catastrophe, while leaving the external indo communities to fuse into their respective nations as nationals of those nations in harmony with local development

china of course is the same way as India...but we dealing with india here.  china is a smoother operator and much more powerful imperialist than India at this time.  and china has done a much better job taking care of the chinese people than india has of indians. 

yet of course both nations are faced with great internal opposition to their establishments/established ways of doing business
