let me tell you what happened at Jama Masjid in India

Jama Masid is the largest masjid in India. the day we were going to visit was in the afternoon around 330pm. Jama Masjid Entrance is located right next to Chandni Chowk market.

A white couple went in before us and came back to the guy at entrance all angry. Apparently the Fullah charged 350 rupees each to go tour the mosque inside out, however - he did not tell them at the time of purchase that the mosque was closed.

1) Jama Masjid is in full use by the locals

2) No Mosque should be charging an entrance fee PERIOD!

3) The guy selling the tickets is a crook.

I asked him that as a muslim how he could charge ppl to visit the mosque? He said "those are the rules" I told him that he will never prosper and his actions were crookish and that he should also watch his actions as ppl would think all muslims are the same.

disgusting.

I didnt have to pay to enter Shiek Zayed Mosque.
