THE exquisite Playland American Italiano Restaurant located at 70 Park Street, Enterprise hosted its first media cocktail reception last Thursday evening.

I can see on the menu spaghetti with a meat sauce made with Labba ,and cannaloni stuffed with cheese and poi bhaggi. Sea food of gilbaka , bangamary and buckcrab in a tomato sauce over fetucine

You will expect ethnic substitution...but this appears a bona-fide Italian restaurant. Now with all them tourists going back I can see this flourishing.
