dat go make yuh choke.  yuh supposed to have ah sauce wen yuh make saf'fish..from the tomatoes and coconut oil.


wat yuh go et the bake with ah fork an' ah knife?


yuh have tuh break yuh bake with yuh han' and eat dippin' in the sauce :embarrassed:
