Prices will Decline as Demand stumbles :

But NO institution is gonna finance you 100 % !

In addition every high priced home Purchase is being :

independently Appraised before mortgage approval...

I just structured one with 400 K in shares of the buyers company :

Vendor take back of 500 K

and mortgage of 2 million :

with 100 K down stroke .

De Bank rejected the Loan  :wink:

yet there are factors that ketchie does not comment on that are crucial..like the debt ceilings surpassed.  that is a horrible sign indeed!

but that can be explained by other factors but we have to know what the debt expenditures were..if in fact Harper was stuffing the CHMC by gorging on mortgages?

Amortization has been chopped by 10 years :

You can no longer get a 35 year or 40 year Loan.

Maximum 25 ...

Soon that may be reduced IF household Debt continues climbing !
