It's pissing me off ....

i dont understand the hatred - maybe the individuals could not leave for whatever reason?

we're all human beings - wether so or not everyone evacuates or not...you still have to help them.

i think many are well aware that NOT EVERYONE will leave or evacuate.

I assume the City made all and every effort to evacuate all who could not help themselves...first priority...made sure all were informed.


once that has been done it must be assumed that all who remained chose to.. assumed their right to stay and face the storm.  it must also be assumed they prepared for that and are capable of saving themselves..that they knew what they were doing


its not... they are not to be rescued if they get into trouble.  but if there are higher priorities they have to wait

thats why they have FEMA. after the katrina fiasco - they should be more than prepared for this kind of thing.

im also very sure that they know how to prioritize. 

This would not be comparable to Katrina situation . Every one now  knows that the flooding of NewOrleans was deliberately done to eliminate and drown black people

people are out in the storm experiencing it.  they are out on the piers and around the seashore being part of the thing.


so if they decide to stay they have the right not so.  we have to accept that and not worry about them...while those who need help are looked after
