Of course there will need to be some spending reductions.  I suspect quite a few federal social programs will get the chop.

Here's my economics thinking 

IF U generate Revenue ....Spending will be a Non Issue.

Food, clothing , hardware , automobiles...

yes, i agree.

but how you generate revenue?  Someone has to buy your product! 
The 99% either don't have job or either working for less! 

they have to give the middle class a tax break!  put more money in their pockets!  Make up for it by taxing the 1%! 

what do middle class people do when they have money?  spend it!  this generate more demand, which creates jobs and so on...

Small Business as a Start.

they will grow into Big biz...

Hire your community labour force in Boonieville.

Pay em cheap.

Compete in international markets...
