In ontario there is a 15% gratuity plus taxes that adds up  to 21% for Banquets. Personally if I go to an establishment I add  10 % if I have only drinks , it is 15% with food

She deserved to be fired , there is a thing called class and and she has none , You never  embarass a customer unless the conduct is extremely agregious and this did not meet the test
