They're so similar, I can hardly tell the difference. Is Naan, Aloo, Paneer etc. Pakistani or Indian? I'd say they overlap each other a lot.
And funnily enough, I can hardly tell the difference between Hindi and Urdu while people speak them. Weird.

those items listed belong to all - although, mostly indians and punjabis use Paneer more than pakis.
paki food is simple - rice and meat and some curries and some rotis - dhals
indian food - rice, meat, rotis, currie, dhals etc
udru is more poetic...hindi is well just plain
