yu never know..but he was the man to listen and come up with alternatives.
the way Chavaz was going making all kinds of mutually beneficial but different and alternatively structured deals Guyana could have come out of that with plans and action and a star..t to mutually developing the region in question. for all you know that could have led in time to associated states, Guyanese access to venezuela, almost on par with citizens and a very beneficial solution.
chavez was like that. he was a socialist in the true sense of the term..an internationalist who saw man and not racial groups. guyana with less than a million poor people is nothing. Chavez would have worked that out and set up an absorbtion allyuh cold not have said no to..just like I have tried to explain. he would have solved allyuh problems, left all yuh intact but enlarged both peoples.
Jagdeo was a jackass for at least not finding out..but likely a lot more

but no one else is like that in the venezualan leadership matrix I have seen.
and the rightwing opposition are worse. they would have sent in the military long ago if they weren't afraid of Britain... the nationalist extremist, 'Falklands' Maggie Thatcher... who parked a squadron of british jets in Belize just in case.
now with Cameron in office, the jews in charge..and Radonski a jew... they will prolly give him the green light..give him guyana as reward of he dusts off the socialist and returns the old regime to power now that Hugo is gone.
if they do Guyana is toast. and Radonski wont be sending Chavez socialism to guyana, but rightwing greed and concentration of wealth...and total disgust for the poor and coloured.
you think jagdeo was a jackass yet?
Mapoui warned..made noise..pointed out the opportunity.

but you don't have any power..in a region and in a game that is all power.
you have no power, only an old ramshackle country, no roads, no bridges, only old rotted pontoons to cross river with..and what 700k people?
that's a Caracas suburb!
wasn't you the one who just said: africa is not developing its resources so it is all right for outsiders to go in and take them?
what the hell is the difference as far as guyana is concerned?
all that saved guyana before was British intent to prevent the expansion of venezuela. as long as that british intent is there guyana is safe. the question now is..is that intent still there?
I doubt it very much. times have changed and cameron is no thatcher. and the falklands war is a fading memory, no longer a living fact to stoke british pride and imperialistic hubris.
yuh see Jagdeo stood up on british resolve remaining the same for a million years and refused to strike out on his own as independent people are supposed to do. he bet and he lost..or guyana lost..maybe..very likely.
allyuh better pray the revolution holds..that the socialists remain in power. and as soon as that is stabilized go make a deal with them, that all succeeding Venezuela governments must honour. if the azzholes get back in power allyuh could be in serious trouble.
the americans wont allow the socialists to expand..but the will let Randonski to expand. so the socialist will want to make a deal..a a good mutually beneficial one. so go get it done when things settle down
