It's fairly obvious what step one is.
Wipe like you would normally wipe.
Flush like you would normally flush.
Adjust water temperature and pressure. Remember, your nether-regions are sensitive...

10-15 mins
remove toilet seat, turn off water, connect water, reattach seat.
there are fancier ones that are electric. mine is all mechanical. 40 bucks
