Arthur Ashe was thin but as I said before Cholesterol is not a problem save where there is high inflammation.  Ashe... based on his family history and the current medical advice was actually killing himself by focus on keeping down cholesterol.  his cholesterol was low yet he died from heart attack and aids from blood transfusion.

when he needed cholesterol to heal himself he had too little.

the problem was inflammation from the sugar, processed flour, the 'new' terrible quality of hybrid wheat, and bad oils in everything that.. inflame arteries and render them incapable of pushing the blood system.  they collapse and that's that.

cholesterol is not a problem at all.  if you don't have any, or its low and you have ruptures your body wont heal and you will die.

and all dem arthritis, headaches, migraines and so on come from sugar problems..caused by sugar period.  doh eat no sugar period.  sweeten up your stuff with the sugar in fruit.

look here!  I get good coconut at a Guyanan west indian store in Brampton.  deh have real good coconut deh, which I grine' and make my own milk.  dat is all I need to make smoothies and anything at all.  the coconut milk sweet sweet.

I buy organic cocoa at Goodness Me and make some dynamite chocolate drinks and smoothies just with coconut milk.  my family love them thing so....always behind me to come over and make some.

another real sweetie is to buy organic bananas and let them ripe fully then blend them into the coconut milk.  make banana smoothies

and if you really want sweet buy organic raisins..naturally sweet...no sugar added, and toss them in the smoothies.  let them stand before freezing so the raisins soften up and take in moisture.  then freeze them.

when you eat that as it melts the fat raisins just burst in your mouth with sweetness but no sugar.

coconut milk tastes like and functions just like dairy milk but only more flavorful and nutritious.  and it contains lots of lauric acid which is what kills the fat and a whole lot of other problems.  you can't get fat with coconut milk.

I see all the problems with thin people as new and from diet.  if they ate as in the old days they would live forever today..minus the pollution and all those sorts of things

listen - Prince had some underlying health condition.


however he was so private about his personal life I do not believe we will ever know the truth and it is not our right either.

I wont fight that Nargis.  it seems credible that he could have had something going on.

and I don't see Prince as pure..that he never used drugs or got high.  that is not how young men grow up..even a unique person like Prince.

what is clear however is that Prince had developed a powerful ideological position and outlook, that was opposed to the way things are and fought his way through uncompromisingly when it affected him.  that included a position against drugs and bad food and all that.

so I don't see that he was an addict of any kind.  however, I don't trust regular pharma medications at all, at all, at all..over the counter or even worse those by prescription. 

and what is even worse..I HAVE COME TO A POINT WHERE I DO NOT TRUST DOCTORS AT ALL ...AT ALL... AT ALL... AT ALL!!!!!  THAT IS WHERE THE PROBLEM REALLY IS..DOCTORS WHO ALL TOW TH BIG PHARMA LINE AND DON'T GIVE A FIG ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS

those doctors will hook you up easy easy, cause your addiction..just like that.  I ask them about the side effects all the time.  they get pissed and say everything has side effects..as if somehow that justifies the medicine.

I have diabetes but I refuse to take any prescription medication at all.  they all have the worst side effects imaginable.  they are toxic and some of then can be addictive. and th doctors get vex if you refuse to take them.  they dont wnat to hear your side of the story.  do what they say of get out.

I don't do what they say and I have gotten out.  I am not taking their crap period.

if they can't and wont  listen to my side of the equation, and work me to heal myself,  I will do so ony own.

so if Prince had any kind of problem I would like to know what it is... and how it came to be

i dont know what his problem was medically.


he had epilepsy as a child, he was very shy...very introverted actually...he was very awkward in interviews...not wanting all the attn he was given...


he had hip problems, but due to his Jehovah witness status - he wouldnt take surgery...


he had terrible hip pains..


i think the time was coming near where his health we taking him down...
