I would love to believe that in this would be perfect world called the West Indies a cricketer gets his position on a cricket squad because of his consistent performance and if that is so Chanderpaul would have passed Lara already. But sadly this is the WICB we are dealing with and for some reason Lara is held up as a local or regional God. Well let me tell you, Lara is no God anywhere else except in Trinidad.
