otis is not the best choice we have now.  we have a list we have to go through before we can conclude that

for me even no choice is better than Otis.  there shud even be no head coach.  the position is a redundant  useless and too expensive thing

Ok..but suggest a name if you have other choices.WI team has already turned pathetic,but you can never squarely blame the coach.
Vi or curtly can't be a coach just like that...They are great players,but for a coach,there is some other element involved..
