1. The WICB commissioned the Patterson Report.
2. The Patterson Report, amongst many other things, called for the restructuring of the WICB at the managerial level.
3. The WICB ignored the Patternson Report because this would make them lose their jobs.
4. WI cricket got worse
5. WICB hired some new dudes and implemented many things on the Report
6. P.J. Patterson criticised the WICB for not implementing everything
7. The new WICB told him to shut up
