Pakistan has a hgher NRR than us by almost 1 point. If Ireland beat them bad then it may be academic, but if they win by a narrow margin then we will be hard pressed to make sure our win against UAE is by a big enough margin to sneak past them via NRR.

On the other hand if Pakistan wins, then all that maters is we win and the game is not washed out.
