Bangladesh beat Pakistan in an ODI series.

That would mean we are now further down to #9 as Pakistan drops to our 8th

Can someone confirm/deny this ?  :-\

Well I wouldn't mind having the job as West Indies coach. You are guaranteed hundreds of thousands of US dollars regardless of how poorly the team performs. There isn't much a coach at the international level can do to change how batsmen bat because their habits have long been developed in younger years.
