man the problem here is that sketchims padnah skameron is a caca roller.
he does put in eggs in rolled caca to hatch like the scarab beetle. he so pompous and stupid he wud bite any dam thing..far less the hand dat feeds
he is president fuh 3 years now into he second term. he was vice under hunter fuh 6 years and he cyant plan for a tourney he know about all the time..cyar keep abreast of west indies need for qualification by games and points ::confused::

deh have about 70 people working at the wicb secretariat. deh cud not allocate even 1 of them as his/her exclusive task to make sure all was on track for qualification so we did not end up without time to qualify by the cut-off date ::confused:: ::confused:: ::confused::

and now in the full face of dat failure skameron doubles down..or up..up by giving up, declaring that it is too late already to qualify.
