England are extremely lucky that Australia have played as badly as they have. Bowling no-balls should be punished. It's inexcusable.

Pitched up and swings away from middle and leg to outside off, Johnson can't resist his temptation.

He attempts a swishy drive and edges it to Cook at first slip. Stokes holds the ball aloft and soaks in the cheers...  8)
