When we saw Holder at the U19 level I said then what I say now, he should have had more FC experience as his bowling, particularly, has gone backwards.


His batting in not that special except on flat pitches so for me he is another Sammy.


The only one from the U19 winning team I think should be on ten A Tour is Joseph.


Great rhythm and worked hard but we must remember the level at which they were playing.


The WICB should have a proper development plan for these lads to ensure their fitness and conditioning as Test cricket, the ultimate goal or should be anyway, requires a lot of fitness.


Hetmeyer needs FC class exposure but not sure about Paul and Imlach but certainly do wish them the very best.
